  We had a birthday celebration meal on Saturday. We were fortunate to have the back room to ourselves so we did not have to be forever nagging the children to be quieter etc. There were 3 menus - childrens, "package 2 or 3 course meals", normal individual courses menu. The choices on all three were fantastic. Between us, we ordered a huge variety. For research purposes (ha ha ha) I tasted a small piece of virtually everyone else's and everything was delicious. Each person was more than happy with their meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and attentive but not over intrusive. I had been made very welcome to call in during the morning to take balloons, flowers, decorations and our own birthday cake. All in all, it was a great experience and the birthday girl said "thank you for a wonderful time".

  Service was acceptable but it is able to improve by going over to basics.
  Food was OK but could be improved. Burgers for children dry
  Main meal was ok but nothing special for adults
